polar bears








The polar bear or white bear is a great mammal of the order Carnivorous. The polar bear is considered to be the biggest carnivorous terrestrial of the world. The polar bear also is consider as the " Master of the Arctic ".In contradict to his aspect, the polar bear is a cousin of the gray bear.




Unfortunately the polar bear is in great danger of extinction. The polar bear is one of the biggest terrestrials of all, this one can manage to weigh even 800 kg. They are complete athletes, agile in the land like in water. The polar bears can rest and even sleep under the water. The polar bear can run up to a speed of 30 km per hour.







Polar bears are excellent swimmers, they can manage to move up to a speed of 10 km per hour with their style of fathom. The polar bear, as their name says it, are creatures that live in the north pole and support the lowest temperatures of the planet.




The favorite food of the polar bears are the seals and the foxes of the Arctic.




Activity The pupils will choose three of the principal characteristics of the polar bears and will draw them in their notebooks. The pupils will color up the polar bear to his or her like. They will be assigned a work in which they will have to relate the columns to the respective answers.
